He is the former founder of Healing Hands Sports Chiropractic and now proudly serves as the co-founder of Triton Medical Group, a multidisciplinary practice specializing in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals affected by auto accidents, slip and fall injuries, and other trauma-related conditions. Dr. Feierstadt’s mission is to bridge high-quality medical care with meaningful rehabilitation, empowering patients to heal and return to their lives with strength and confidence.

Born and raised in South Florida, Dr. Feierstadt completed his undergraduate studies in Pre-Clinical Sciences at the University of Central Florida before earning both his master’s and doctorate degrees from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, where he graduated at the top of his class.

He is also clinical faculty at FAU School of Medicine’s Biomedical Engineering Program with Masters and Ph.D. students under his tutelage.

Marvens Jean, APRN, MBA, BSN, RN, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the medical field. Educated at Purdue Global University and Davenport University, among others, he holds degrees in Nursing and Health Care Management. Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner and RN in Florida, Marvens also boasts certifications in CPR and ACLS.
His background includes roles as an Operating Room Nurse and a Surgical Technician, demonstrating his adaptability and competence in diverse medical environments.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Marvens is a committed First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve, where he utilizes his medical expertise in various capacities, including as a Perioperative Nurse. His military service is marked by several prestigious awards, reflecting his dedication to excellence.

Dr. Hisham Kassem
MD, Anesthesiologist
Hisham Kassem, MD is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician. He aims to provide compassionate, effective, and long-lasting pain management therapies to give his patients the best chance at restoring their bodies and functional ability. His main goal when seeing his patients is to educate them on their specific pain condition so we can together make a better decision on the best treatment plan moving forward. Dr. Kassem is well versed in all interventional spine injections and minimally invasive procedures.
